Abstract and full paper submissions
Both oral and poster presenters are invited to submit an abstract of maximum 200 words.
The deadline for the submission of the abstract is the 31st of December 2016 (Extended until 31st January 2017). All accepted abstracts will be asked to submit a full paper manuscript with a maximum length of 5 pages (including abstract and references) until the 15th of March 2017.
The manuscripts should be formatted according to the template which can be downloaded below. You are advised to use the online submission system and create an account by following the instructions. Please use the English language in all the submitted manuscripts
The notification of the acceptance of the papers will be send to the corresponding author by 30 April 2017. All the papers undergo a review process.

All the papers accepted for presentation in CEST2017 will be included in the electronic Conference Proceedings. Furthermore, they will be submitted for review in selected journals. Corresponding authors will be notified by e-mail message.
PRESENTATION TYPES
Oral presentations
- All authors are requested to get to the Conference Rooms 30 minutes before the sessions in order to upload the presentation in the PC. A member from CEST2017 will be there to provide their help. The time allocated for oral presentations is 15 minutes, including questions from the audience.
- Projection means: Each room will be equipped with a projector and a fixed computer for direct projection. The computers are equipped with Windows and Microsoft Office 2007 or later versions (Word, Excel, Power Point) and with USB drives. Speakers who would like to use a special software or use their PC, should contact the Secretariat, at least 30 minutes before the session.
Poster presentations

There are poster sessions during the Conference. Each poster session author will be provided with a poster board area and mounting pins. The poster number and title will be indicated on the board. Authors are responsible for mounting their posters the morning of their presentation and removing them at the end of the day.

The poster should be 65 cm wide and 80 cm high -approx. 8 A4 pages).

Authors are advised to present close to their poster during the poster sessions in order to discuss on their research with the conference participants at the time indicated by the conference programme.
